Recipe Tips
- After mixing the ingredients, let your chicken salad chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and gives the salad a chance to develop its full taste.
- Always taste your chicken salad before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may find that a bit more salt, pepper, or a squeeze of lemon juice can make a significant difference in the overall flavor.
- To ensure a flavorful and moist chicken salad, start with cooked chicken that has been properly seasoned and cooked just until it's cooked through. Overcooking can result in dry and tough chicken, so aim for a juicy and tender texture. Boiling works great for this recipe.
